RoyaltyStat is a tool designed to establish arm's length royalty rates for the inter-company transfer of intangibles under the OECD transfer pricing guidelines and under the specific country rules following the OECD guidelines.

RoyaltyStat is a subscription database of royalty rates and license agreements compiled from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Edgar Archive. In RoyaltyStat you can find comparable royalty rates for valuing (or licensing) intangible assets. Every license agreement in RoyaltyStat contains at least one numerical (non-redacted) royalty rate, and the database is updated every business day.

You can view also summary statistics, including quartiles of the selected royalty rates.
