This resource center brings together tools and information sources that will make the planning and compliance work of tax and business professionals easier and more effective. Each component of the resource center is selected for its quality of content and its value to the profession.

Several items in the resource center have been developed and are maintained by the International Tax Institute while others are created by organizations and individuals who are specialists in their field. This resource center will grow and develop over time and in conjunction with the needs of our clients.

The Tax Treaty Resource Center includes the following :

eMTC

This first electronic version of the Model Tax Convention (eMTC) is based on the text as it was updated in 2008, but includes some related elements not included in the loose-leaf version including the texts of the 1963 and 1977 Conventions. The electronic version also includes numerous features that will make working with the convention much easier.

RoyaltyStat

This is a subscription database of royalty rates and license agreements compiled from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Edgar Archive.
